It was raining like piss from a boot earlier this morning so I already prepared myself to have one of those days, but the sun came out in the afternoon and it turned out to be a really lovely Fall day after all. Georgia and I met Philipp for dinner at his work and then returned home to play out in the field near the horses until bath time. One of the horse stalls was filled with fresh straw today so I foresee some big time interest from two particular toddlers in that area all morning tomorrow.PS. Pictures like this last one make me ask myself, "Seriously, did I provide any genetic material for you to get here?" The dudette looks like her dad. Sheesh.

The last photo is sooo nice! Is her hair getting lighter?

@ Karin: The light was really golden right before sundown, but her hair has gotten so much lighter since she was born. I really thought she would stay looking like Snow White, but she ended up being a goldie!

I think this is the longest you've ever gone without posting.

Thinking of you!

Is she the first born? I have a theory that first born children always look like their fathers.

Kristin said...

@ Kiana: yep, first born! we will wait and see on the second born...

@ Corin: I have been crazy busy, as you well know yourself! Thanks for checking in.
